1. Highlight the text in the area to be changed. This includes all areas with square brackets [ ].
2. Press the delete key.
3. Type in the new text into the same area.
4. Check all areas of the template
5. Remove any text that will not be replaced or is not needed and leave these areas blank.
6. Remove all reference to instructions
